1.围手术期床旁超声用于诊断全髋关节翻修术后的急性下肢动脉血栓形成：病例报告
摘要：
78岁男性在腰麻下行全髋关节翻修术，术后手术侧下肢的足背动脉搏动消失。因腰麻作用未过，患者无症状。超声显示股浅动脉无血流，遂急诊行开放取栓术，术毕恢复好。

2.导管头端置于咽部——用于张口度极度受限患者清醒经口气管插管的引导管
摘要：导管头端置于咽部技术（TTIP技术）有助于在通气困难时建立通畅气道。该技术将气管导管头端置于咽部，距门齿10-14cm，气囊充气，闭合鼻和口，可行机械通气。TTIP技术适合张口受限的困难气道。本文将导管头端置于咽部技术用于纤支镜引导的清醒经口气管插管。

导管头端置于咽部技术用于纤支镜引导经口气管插管。静脉镇静和充分表麻后，将气管导管头端置入至咽部（距门齿8-10cm），放入纤支镜，通过调节导管深度和套囊充气（10-20ml），使纤支镜显露声门并置入气管，沿纤支镜置入气管导管。
